The Rosmini Colts 2 team, who played under the Takapuna District Cricket Club banner in the Auckland Cricket Association Premiere Club Two Day Competition, have emerged as the champions for the 2016 post Xmas tournament.

Their achievement was acknowledged at the ACA Prize-giving held at Eden Park, and they were awarded the Ken Deas Cup. Their achievements were also recognised at the Takapuna Cricket Club prize-giving. The team consisted of Sam Gordon, Indu Narahenpitage, Finn Wilson, Oscar Robertson, Harrison Gobbie, Fergus Lee, Sam Charleton-Maunder, Timothy Carter, Isaac Miller, Joshua Paul, Sam Davies and Liam Mackinnon.

This champion team was coached by Chris Davis (North Shore CC), Bryce Miller (Hibiscus Coast CC), Brian Robertson (Kumeu CC) and managed by Simon and Karyn Gordon (Hibiscus Coast CC).
