Objectives:

To ensure all juniors are encouraged to reach their cricketing potential

Foster an environment of support for the players, coaches and parents

Have a transparent and a highly visible junior club structure that enables clear communication between the club and players

To provide coaches and managers with resources to perform their roles

To encourage a strong club spirit and a fair play attitude
Expectations of your Junior Committee:
- That all players, coaches, managers and parents respect the junior club objectives

That all issues are forwarded through Grade convenors so they can be addressed at a committee level

To respect that all committee members are volunteers who have given up time to achieve the junior club objectives
